Hourly Consultations

Getting married abroad or in another city? Need a little help getting organized or getting on the right track? Feeling overwhelmed?

Many of our planners offer an hourly rates which can be used for anything outside of working on-site at your wedding. We can attend vendor meetings, review contracts, create a budget for the wedding (and help you stick to it), give vendor referrals, assemble invitations, pick up your favors, keep track of your guest list, confirm your vendors, or even do research on your behalf. The possibilities are endless!

Please note this is not to be used as a replacement for a coordinator on the wedding day. Our minimum for on-site wedding day work is our Day-of Coordination package. Our hourly rate is $75 per hour. Please contact us if you're interested.
